His work has focused on translating audience insights, digital tools, and operational needs into practical workflows.
He earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics & Information Management from the University of Delaware. Through SoftBridge, Tong focuses on AI adoption, media and communication strategy, content and digital operations, and project-based professional engagements.
